Shrimprium 계정 및 데이터 삭제

1. 앱에서 삭제하기

Shrimprium 앱을 엽니다.
메뉴(☰)에서 설정을 엽니다.
계정 삭제 옆의 삭제 버튼을 누릅니다.
확인 창과 PIN 확인을 거치면 계정과 데이터가 즉시 삭제됩니다.

게스트(계정 없이 시작하기)로 플레이한 경우에도 같은 방법으로 삭제할 수 있습니다.

2. 앱 없이 삭제 요청하기

Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인했고 앱을 사용할 수 없다면, 로그인에 사용한 이메일 주소에서 [email protected]으로 "Shrimprium 계정 삭제"를 요청해 주세요. 보낸 주소가 계정 이메일과 일치하는지 확인한 뒤 삭제합니다. 본인 확인을 위해 다른 주소에서 보낸 요청은 처리하지 않습니다.

게스트 계정은 본인 확인 수단이 없어 이메일로 삭제할 수 없습니다. 위 1번의 앱 내 삭제를 이용해 주세요.

3. 삭제되는 데이터

사용자 식별자(UUID)와 Google 또는 Apple 계정 이메일
클라우드 세이브(수조 상태, 설정, 플레이 진행 데이터)
닉네임, 커뮤니티에 공개하거나 공유한 수조와 미리보기 이미지
좋아요·즐겨찾기, 신고, 차단 기록

삭제는 즉시 처리되며, 별도로 보관하는 데이터는 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 로컬 게임 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.

4. 계정은 유지하고 일부 데이터만 삭제하기

커뮤니티에 공개한 수조는 앱의 커뮤니티 화면에서 등록 해제로 언제든 내릴 수 있습니다.
그 밖의 데이터 삭제는 위 2번과 같은 방법(로그인 계정 이메일에서 요청)으로 요청해 주세요.

Delete your Shrimprium account and data

1. Delete in the app

Open the Shrimprium app.
Open Settings from the menu (☰).
Next to Delete account, tap Delete.
Confirm and enter the PIN shown. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

This also works if you played as a guest (Play without account).

2. Request deletion without the app

If you signed in with Google or Apple and can't use the app, email [email protected] from the email address of that account with the subject "Shrimprium account deletion". We delete the account after confirming the sender matches the account email. To protect your account, requests from any other address are not processed.

Guest accounts have no way to verify ownership, so they can't be deleted by email. Please use in-app deletion (step 1).

3. Data that is deleted

Your user identifier (UUID) and Google or Apple account email
Cloud saves (tank state, settings, and play progress)
Your nickname and any tanks and preview images you published or shared to the community
Likes and favorites, reports, and blocks

Deletion is immediate and no data is retained afterwards. Game data stored locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

4. Delete some data but keep your account

You can take down a published tank at any time with Unpublish in the app's community screen.
For any other data, email us as in step 2 (from your account's email address).
